Cordeel, one of the leading contractors in Belgium, started construction in 2018 on a new student complex in Brussels for Xior Student Housing. The unique Woodskot building is designed on the basis of a fully wooden CLT construction. The student complex offers space for 90 students, each with its own bathroom and kitchen

By choosing one of our standard models, Cordeel assured itself of a short delivery time. As soon as everything was approved, production could start immediately. All bathrooms were completed a few months later. SANU was responsible for the installation of the bathrooms.
