Building faster with modules
Spark Village, located in Amsterdam's Science Park, is a fully circular living environment for students and status holders. The construction of this project required 240 temporary homes made up of container units. All houses had a living room and a separate bathroom.
While the unit builder was working on the houses, we worked on the bathroom pods in our factory. When the unit builder needed a truck of prefab bathrooms, they called in a load. The aim was to save time compared to building their bathrooms traditionally.
