There is a solution for everything
An old office building on Parkweg in Maastricht will see its offices being converted into student apartments. The entire project comprises a total of 104 prefab bathrooms. The opening in the facade is tight, so maneuvering the modular bathrooms required a creative solution. Our team, together with our partners and HSC Capital, looked for the most secure and economical solution. To get the bathrooms inside, it was decided to tilt them. The light weight of our prefab modules makes this possible. The bathroom pod also comes with a height difference in the roof, so that the modules can be placed in rooms where the ceiling does not normally allow this. Thanks to our tailor-made formula, we can offer these solutions.
