An old garage in the characteristic center of Nijmegen makes way for 49 apartments. The challenging location requires a combination of smart building methods. As much as possible, a prefab skeleton and modules are used to speed up and simplify construction. It will be the first collaboration between Dura Vermeer and SANU.
